Are there authorized distributors? Where are they located?
Yes, there are authorized distributors all over Argentina and also abroad.
If you live outside the country, our Foreign Trade staff will put you in touch with your nearest local distributor and also give you any advice you may need before making a purchase.
You just need to fill out the form with all your contact details, and you will be contacted promptly. Remember to mark the “Distributors in my area” checkbox at the top of the form.

Can the units be tested prior to purchase?
Yes, you may come to any of our branches and test a unit before making a purchase. When dealing with a distributor, you should first consult what products are available..
 
Do you provide training / advice on handling the units?
Yes, before making the purchase, our Sales Department will provide counseling on handling and operating each product. At a later stage, you will be able to benefit from our excellent after-sales service, as well as the assistance provided by the experts at our Medical Department, who may be consulted regarding the handling of the units as well as the treatments and their applications.

Are CEC® units guaranteed?
Yes, all CEC® units are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. Consumables, accessories, disposable materials or products with expiry dates are not covered under the warranty. Once the two-year period expires, CEC® Electrónica SRL ensures technical assistance and availability of original spare parts during the lifespan of the unit.
This guarantee only becomes effective if the warranty card is validated by the authorized distributor from whom the equipment was purchased.
 
Do CEC® units have a user's manual?
Yes, all CEC® units have a complete user's manual, which can be downloaded quickly and easily. Just click on the “Read more” link below the product descriptions on this page.
 
How much energy do CEC® units consume? Do I need to set up a special electrical installation?
The energy consumption varies slightly from one model to another. As a reference, the Combi 4 Digital unit consumes approximately the same as a 40-watt light bulb, the Celuson unit consumes about the same as a 60-watt light bulb and the Renova unit consumes a little more than a 25-watt light bulb. This means that our units need no special electrical installation.
 
Is there any authorized service center for CEC® units?
Yes, we offer an excellent technical assistance service. You may contact our authorized service centers through our head office in Córdoba or our branches in Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.
All repairs are covered by a 6-month guarantee period. We also provide technical assistance, original spare parts and permanent training to authorized service centers. If you take your damaged unit to an authorized service center, please find out the terms and conditions of their guaranteed repairs.
 
Do you sell spare accessories?
Yes, all our original accessories can be purchased at our branches and local distributors' offices.
 
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, our branches accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, NARANJA and KADICARD. If you are making your purchase through an authorized distributor, please first find out what credit cards are accepted at their office.
